St Edmund Campion School Uniform
All pupils attending St Edmund Campion Catholic Primary School are required to wear the school uniform as listed below:
Uniform
- White cotton shirt (not a polo shirt)
- Red school tie (these can be purchased from the school office)
- Grey V necked jumper or red cardigan (this can be with/without the school logo)
- Grey trousers/shorts/skirt or pinafore
- Grey/white socks with trousers
- White socks/red tights with skirts/pinafores/dresses
- Red and white checked gingham dresses in the summer months (after Easter – October half-term)
- Black leather or leather-look school shoes. No branded/logoed trainers, heeled or open-toe shoes.
PE Kit
- Red or white T Shirt
- Red or black shorts
- A change of footwear – ideally trainers as plimsols are not suitable for outdoors
- Red or grey Jogging bottoms/sweatshirt can be worn in the colder months. No logoed items and no hoodies.
- Hair must be tied back fully
- Watches and earrings removed

Appearance
Hair
- Hair that is long enough to obstruct a child’s eyes or below the shoulder, should be tied back
- Hair accessories should be small, discrete and in school colours – red or black.
- Hair should be cut no shorter than a grade number 2 with no patterns or tram lines
- Hair colour/dye is not permitted in school
- Coloured hair braids are not permitted in school
- Visible hair products used to style hair are not permitted
Make Up
No form of make-up is permitted on pupils in school. This includes nail varnish.
Jewellery
Children are not permitted to wear jewellery on health and safety grounds, except for wrist watches or small silver or gold studded earrings.
If pupils have pierced ears, these must be removed for P.E. and swimming. Staff cannot support with the removal of earrings.
